the drive time still in the green at 5:49 this morning up to 22 minutes between altamont pass and 680. elsewhere, some areas of over knit roadwork have not quite been picked up yet but -- overnight roadwork have not quite yet been picked up but they should be. caltrans says 6:00 is the time when all the lanes will be reopened and meantime across the deck, as you can see, it is looking good heading towards the pay gates and doyle drive into san francisco. more overnight roadwork the westbound lanes of the dumbarton bridge picked up around 5:00. eastbound out of menlo park, approaching the dumbarton bridge, again that roadwork should still be in lanes. but they are working to clear it now. in the meantime, no major delays maybe a little bit of slowing approaching the pay gates on westbound 84 towards the toll plaza. elsewhere, more ramp closures and this is in antioch. they have still not cleared this because of that stalled out big rig a car carrier westbound 4 to northbound 160 the ramp remains block. we continue to check in with chp but again they are taking while to clear that one.

see the winds continuing to increase right now, we're getting gusts to the 20s, hagerstown, a gust to 22; baltimore, 26; fredericksburg, 16; quantico, 24 and winds with us tonight and tomorrow. occasionally gusting to 30 and that will take our temperature that is in the 30s and make it feel like it's in the 20s. overnight, we will have to watch for any wet spots left in the big breezes to potentially have a little bit of black ice. i don't think that is going to be widespread. i think the wind will get rid of a lot of it. 25 the low for frederick and 28, monasses; 28 winchester and cumberland. a breeze cold night and cold wind for us tomorrow. and we'll keep our temperature at 38 degrees, feeling like it's in the 20s and the breezes. the sunshine will be back and thursday, also on the chilly side for this time of the year, the average high is 47 now and 41 on thursday and with a good amount of sun once again. what will we expect to see tomorrow with the sunshine is wrap around snow from the lakes and that is continuing to peel up in western pennsylvania and for thursday, sunny and chilly
